Try it right here
The 2026 Tour time trial with Remco's real numbers. Touch it.
This is the plan as his coach would see it: power per segment, speed and profile. Move the CdA, the watts or the weight and watch the seconds go or come back. No signup and no card: this is the real engine, not an animation.
Bars: effect of your adjustment per segment — green = you save time, red = you lose.
The product
Road and velodrome. One model.
SuperRecord turns your athlete's physiology, their equipment and the conditions on the day into a watt plan they can actually hold. On the road the variable is the terrain; in the velodrome, the clock.
Road
See the whole race before the start line.
Power targets leg by leg, coloured by effort, with the W′bal trace showing exactly how much your athlete has left, finishing with reserve rather than empty.
Track
On the boards there is nowhere to hide.
No wind, no gradient, no weather: everything a road plan spends its day compensating for simply disappears. What is left is the rider, the air and the clock, and there the effort split is measured in hundredths. SuperRecord paces the pursuit lap by lap, with the standing start and W′ depletion inside the model.
- Lap by lap
- A target for each of the 16 laps, not one average across the 4 km.
- Standing start
- Going from 0 to 57 km/h costs W′ you will not have left on lap 14.
- Fixed gear
- Gearing lives in the event, not the bike: the same frame is raced with different chainrings.
For the coach
Four conversations you stop improvising.
“Can I go under 55 minutes?”
You answer before you promise. The plan gives you the time and the W′ left at the line. If the goal needs your athlete empty at kilometre 30, you see it on screen instead of on the road.
“Is the disc wheel worth it?”
It stops being an opinion. Build both wheels in the garage, the model works out CdA, Crr and the weight of the build, and the plan tells you how many seconds that is in THEIR race, not in a wind tunnel.
“How do I follow this on Sunday?”
You do not send a PDF to memorise. The plan loads into their Garmin or Wahoo with the watts leg by leg, and they just look at the screen they already look at.
“Can you send it again?”
Never again. Each athlete signs in and sees their own plans, race and watts side by side. Your files stop living in your chat history.

The same physics that optimizes a Tour time trial, for every one of your athletes.
How it works
From GPX to a race-winning plan in three steps.
Build the athlete
CP, W′, weight, position and bike. The physiological engine every plan runs on.
Model the course
Drop in the GPX. We detect gradient, surface and terrain, segment by segment.
Get the power plan
A watt-by-watt target for every segment, optimized to your goal time and reserve.
Exports
One plan. Every device your athletes already use.
Send the plan straight to their head unit, no copying numbers by hand, and let them follow it from their own account.
The science
A physics engine, backed by data.
Physics, not guesswork
The full power equation, solved by bisection, with per-component CdA and wind corrected to the rider’s height. The same math a wind tunnel runs on.
Optimized by W′bal
Dynamic programming over the 3-parameter CP/W′ model (Morton). Every segment spends exactly enough to reach the line with the reserve you set.
Weather when you pass
Wind, temperature and rain per segment from the real ETA, not just the start time, with multi-point sampling on long routes.

From the bunch to the time trial: every watt placed where it saves the most.

Who's behind it
Not a generic algorithm. AthletePro Super Record is built by Borja Alfaraz, sports physiologist, biomechanist and UCI Level 3 coach. Head coach and sport director of Venezuela's national team, and performance-science consultant for China's LA2028 Olympic program. The same models he uses with Olympians, in your hands.

Questions
What coaches ask us before they start.
- Do I need a power meter?
- To build the plan, no. You need your athlete's CP and W′, and you can type them in or work them out from two maximal efforts. To compare the plan against what they actually did, yes.
- What if I do not know their CdA?
- You can estimate it from height, weight and position, or measure it from one of their rides. Until it is measured, the plan tells you the margin it is working with instead of faking a precision it does not have.
- Does it work with what my athletes already use?
- Plans export as .FIT for Garmin and Wahoo, .ZWO for Zwift, .ERG and .MRC for TrainerRoad and Rouvy, Wahoo .PLAN and a printable PDF.
- Who owns my athletes' data?
- You do. You are the data controller and the platform is the processor. You can download everything as CSV whenever you like, and delete the account with it all inside.
- Does it handle track?
- Yes. Individual pursuit lap by lap, with the velodrome, the standing start and the gearing inside the model.
