Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose

AthletePro (the “Service”) is a cycling pacing tool that computes the optimal power distribution from a GPX track, the athlete's profile and forecasted weather conditions.

2. Use of the service

  • Access requires an active account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to attempt to compromise its security or availability.
  • Automated use (scraping, bots) without explicit authorisation is prohibited.

3. Sports notice and liability disclaimer

Generated plans are estimates based on physical models and forecasted weather data. They DO NOT replace the judgement of the athlete or their coach. Following the prescribed power is the user's sole responsibility. Consult a medical professional before performing strenuous efforts, especially if you have cardiovascular history.

4. Intellectual property

The source code, design and models of the Service are the property of their author. Data you upload (GPX tracks, notes, power profile) remain yours — we store them only to provide the service, under the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party data

Weather, terrain and rain-radar data come from third-party public sources(the required map attribution is shown on the map itself). AthletePro does not warrant the absolute accuracy of this data.

If you are a coach and add athletes, you are responsible for the data you enter about them (including heart rate and other activity data) and you represent that you have their consent or a legal basis to process it. The Service acts as a data processor on your behalf (see Privacy Policy).

6. Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability; maintenance or changes may occur without prior notice. In case of prolonged interruption, no compensation applies beyond what the subscribed plan (where applicable) contemplates.

7. Account cancellation

You may request account deletion at any time by writing to info@athletepro.es. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms or engage in abusive use.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer user's domicile (or, failing that, the courts of Madrid, Spain).
